Contact unavailable in Global Address List

Hi All,

I already have up to 20 Contacts added to my exchange server in the past. But I recently added two additional contacts, but these last two, does not show up in the global address list. I have tried everything I could to no avail. Could somebody please help.

Ensure the option to hide from GAL is not ticked under EXCHANGE ADVANCED tab.

Send them an email first, they should appear after that.

I've already checked and the option to hide from GAL is not checked.

Also, I sent an e-mail to the contact but it still doesn't show in GAL How long shoul I have to wait?
