I have a customer who has contact store 7_2_09 and since upgrading her pc to Windows 7 can no longer listen to recordings via speakers. I have been told that 7.2.09 is not supported with Windows 7 but When on site I used my windows 7 laptop and all worked ok. Anyone any ideas why one desktop wont work yet a laptop with same OS will.
 
Which version of IE are both machines running? I have hit issues before with IE9 and contact store!
Does all other audio work ok on the PC?
Can you remove the active-x plugin and reinstall it on the PC that doesnt work?
 
New PC was IE 9 which I have downgraded to IE8, all other sounds etc are ok
