All,
I am running into an issue where my customer has upgraded his PC to Win 7 64 bit (IE8) and is trying to listen to the wav files from the Contact Store interface and the sound is not coming through.
IPO is 3.2(69)
Contact store (Not sure but the version was current whent installed 4 years ago)
