Contact Store voice quality

Have some installs now but noticed problems with the voice quality and sometime,s one way speech.

All installs are on 3.1(56) with VM Pro 3.1(18).

What is your experiance with contactstore.

i have had this and found in the handset menu change handset AGC enabled: to no have had no problems after doing this

I don't think the Contact Store voice quality is as good as the original wav file however if you have users with poor quality headsets the poor voice quality is even more noticeable when you play it back.
