Contact Store Problems

Hi All,

I am having issues with Contact Store where we are getting "Apache Tomcat/ 5.5.25 error report" when trying to pull up recordings. We have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. After the reinstall, it works for about 40 minutes and then happens again. We are really getting no help with tech support and this is a Police station and we need to get it fixed as soon as possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry...... We are running Contact Store 7.8.16 and IP Office 8.1.56.

What is contained in the error report? Is there a stack trace where every line starts with the word "at"?

I am not a Contact Store expert, but I know enough about Tomcat and interpreting stack traces to attempt to point in the right direction.
 
Are you trying to restore old recordings ? Because i have same experience when i try to restore old recordings,
