Hi All,
I am having issues with Contact Store where we are getting "Apache Tomcat/ 5.5.25 error report" when trying to pull up recordings. We have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. After the reinstall, it works for about 40 minutes and then happens again. We are really getting no help with tech support and this is a Police station and we need to get it fixed as soon as possible.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
