I have an IP office with VMPro 7.0.5 with contact store. the customer reported that he cant export recorded calls off of the web interface. i watched him try to do it and the pop up window for exporting came up but it never did anything or gave him the progress bar when he tried to complete it. we used microsoft explorer the first time and thinking it may be something with the program downloaded firefox and got the same results. Any incite as to why this would be happening would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys.
