We are running IPO R5. We loaded contact store and it worked for a couple of days. I noticed that there was a folder that was 300GB and it was the D:\Program Files\Witness\logs
folder (these are the logs for contact store) anyway, I tried to delete a couple of the log files because the size of each log file is about 50GB each (one for each day) and our contact store stopped working after that. I restored the files from a backup but it's still not working. We are not recording that much to have each day 50GB and we have the Call storage path go to D:\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\VRL
When I go to Contact Store and I pull up a call it comes up with an error... csreplay No longer available on online storage or archive.
Any idea what/where to start
