I can see the calls recorded in the storage path/drive however i'm not able to see all when I replay calls in the web page. It only shows a portion of the calls but not all in a specific day.
I have seen this issue today!
When i filtered for a day then only call untill about 10:30 where shown.
I deinstalled CS and formatted the extra partition (for CS)
It seems that CS was installed twice or on the second partition.
So i removed it all and formatted the partition and then reinstalled CS on C:/Program Files/Witness instead of the second partition.
Then i logged in to CS and set the recoding path (the second partition)
So far so good.
I will know in a couple of days if this was the solution or not.
By default ContactStore only returns the first 100 matching call records. This limit can be increased, however setting the limit too high may slow down the return of results. To set a limit, add the string viewerx.limit=N to the file csipo.properties, replacing N with the maximum number of records required
yep, that bloody csipo.properties file will get ya every time. If you have more than 100 calls in a day, gotta up that limit. I've put it to 10,000 without an issue.
its okay, its supposed to be. Just enter viewerx.limit=10000 (or however many records you want) and save it. You'll probably have to restart CS to get it enabled.
