Hi All - I have a customer on IPO 9.0 with Contact Recorder. I would like to upgrade to 11 and possibly replace Contact Recorder with ACR (Xima). My question is would I be able to leave the Contact Recorder up and running and would they be able to access it to retrieve old recordings if needed? Thanks for your input.
