Hi All.
This is a weird thing. Seems to me its a Windows setting.
I access Contact Recorder just fine. Can search and play recordings. I download the recording on Save As window. Note my location and name. When I open the folder location there are no files. When I Save As again, I find the previous recordings I downloaded. I can even play them from the Save As window. I've made sure to change my folder settings to see hidden folders but apparently it doesn't work either.
This also seems to be the same issue I have for my saved Manager configs too.

If vegetarians love animals so much, why are they eating all of their food?

Change the security settings of the folder(s), grant "everybody" full access

That's a no go. Granted permissions and no files show up.
Maybe I'm doing it wrong.
Intrigrant, Can you be more specific?

The files are copied by windows using a temp folder but if the software has no rights to write them to the final folder they will be held in the temp folder while the software shows them in the final folder.
Last week I had the same problem, I moved 1600 recordings from the VM Server VRL folder to another location on a Windows PC. WinSCP showed all moved files in the Windows folder but Windows showed the folder as empty.
So I moved everything back and changed the rights on the windows folder and then moved it again, then the files were showing in Windows.
When I first did not see them in the Windows folder I got a bit nervous, these recordings are very important for the customer.
