Hi ...
on one day I face the same Problems in 2 IPO systems.
1. IPO Rls 9.1 - Application Server ( VMPro and Contact Recorder on the same server - Additional hard disk is installed for recorder)
2. IPO Rls 10.1 - Application Server ( VMPro and Contact Recorder on the same server - Additional hard disk is installed for recorder)
I receive this message every time I try to listen a recording.
"no longer available in online storage or archive"
Someone know what it means and how fix it?
