If some admin folks can see agents but others cannot, then it seems to be a configuration issue. You will need to verify the Access Class and Partition assignments of the supervisors in question.
I had the same problem yesterday. On the CCMS server, I restarted the SDP service. Then on the CCMA server, I restarted the Real time Reporting Service under the RTR Registry settings. This fixed my issue. The supervisors were then able to see the agents.
Log on to the CCMA application using the webadmin account from the Supervisors desktop. Then launch the RTD's. If you can see them there then the problem is most likely with either the access class they are assigned to, or the partition configuration. You can also log into the application from the CCMA server as well. You should be able to determine if it is an active x control or not. The patching level will also have some effect on it.
