Contact from outlook only partially sycnchronize

Hi,

I'm using activesync 3.7.1, with IPAQ RX3715

I am having this annoying problem of synchronizing contacts from outlook. At first it can sync all my data from outlook to ipaq. But after few days, only some data got transfered (randomly I guess). Usually I try fix this by moving those contacts from default folder to temp folder, delete them from default folder and the put it back to its default folder in outlook. This solutions help for the next sync. Then after few more sync, the problem arise again and again.

Can anyone help me with this ?

ps: i've set the contact's setting in activesync to sync all the contacts

What does it say on the Sync Mode tab in ActiveSync? If you have it set to 'manually' it won't sync unless you tell it to.

Hi,

well it's actually sync the contacts..but not all of them.
Only 30% of them got sync.
