contact centre on a BCM450 5.0

I have a customer with a BCM450 5.0 and contact centre. also there is a auto attendant.
There are 7 agents.
Sometimes when an agent logs off it shows logoff pending and freezes. You cannot force off.
The only solution is to do a reboot.
The latest Patches are installed.
 
Had similar problem on BCM450 rel1.

Make sure the agent is not on a call or receiving a call when logging off.
Make sure they dont hit the make busy then try to log off.

In other words the phone needs to be idle before logging off
