Hello.
We need to take this exam that is required to assist to the
(AVA00883H00 Avaya Contact Center Express Implement.

The problem that we have is that the prerequisite is after the course that we need to take so we decided to take the exam directly without taking the course because we don't have another way.

We took it but we couldn't pass so I was wondering if anyone has the guidelines o some material that can help us to success in our second chance and the last one.
