I have a PC running XP SP2. with all the critical and securitues update installed. This PC runs all my reporting for the Contact Center v 2.4.344.1.61 of a BCM 400. The problem is that lately the PC gets disconnected from the network and therefore we can not get the reports and the wallboard does not get update. This just started a few weeks ago, before it was working fine, and the problem usually goes away if I restart the PC once or twice.

What I can see that it different is that I have an application call PrintCaller that is running at all the time. I don't remember seeing it running before. What is that application for?

I also see a "unrollment" problem in the event viewer of the PC, but I checked and the PC has the right DNS, and the GPO apply without a problem, so it makes me wonder if the reporting tool is what is messing up Windows and losing the connection.

Any advice?

Thank you.

the printcaller piece runs in the background all the time, typically you won't see it once it establishes connection with the my_SQL data path for RCC. If you are still seeing it, click the details button to see the errors. Also make sure the machine is not going into power save mode, typically the NIC will shut down during power save and can potentially cause problems.
