Contact Center Client - Mitel 3300 - caller id not displaying

Would be grateful for a bit of advice.
I have been running Contact Center Client and Management for our Mitel 3300 system and had managed to get incoming caller names and numbers displaying both on the handsets themselves and also on Contact Center display 'Agent state by position'. For some reason though now the names and numbers no longer display on Contact Center.
We had to reboot the Reports Server a while back but other than that I can't work out why it has stopped displaying correctly.
It still displays the path no ie. P100 but no other info.
Could anyone shed any light on this at all?

I believe what you are looking for is Card Design.
If you right click in the Agent State by Position and go to properties there is card design under the layout menu you can then customize to your liking.

I have tried altering the card design but it doesn't work. It still just reports the path number.

Have since sorted this out myself so thought I would post the answer in case it's of use to anyone else.
On the reports server I did start - run - services.msc - and stopped and restarted prairiefyre.net enterprise server.
This restarted the reporting to Contact Center client.
