Contac Store - Recover a Password ADMIN

Hi Guys,


I need recover a password admin of ContactStore. In search on the web, I found the "pgadmin". Someone had successfully when used this? Can tell me how can I do this step-by-step?

Or, have other idea?

I don't have a current ADMIN Password. The customer don't remember. Then, I need reset this password.

Sorry Buddy that last link seems to be the best I can find, I would suggest calling ATAC if that is not helpful - 720-444-7700

They should be able to give you step by step instructions

Oh man !
Seems to me that its works. But, I cannot connection on postgre.

I set all parameters equal your link... I should change any item?

Completing... Give me a error... " Error connecting to the server: FATAL: password authentication failed for user "postgres"

Have other pass default?

This only works with CS7.8 and on Windows. Older release it does not work.
That's how i did it once but did not have the manual and the port number is 5432 by default avaya changed it to 6432.
