I want to have, for example, on page 2 USA continued....
to come up in text until the next group then Canada on the first page of that group and Canada continued.... on the following pages ...

Any suggestions?????

Create a formula to place in your page header:

if not onfirstrecord and
{table.country} = previous({table.country}) then
{table.country} + " Continued" else
{table.country}
