Hello all,

I tried to look for a solution within this forum, but i'm not sure what to look for. I have 2 offices that I need to be able to share the same data (a quickbooks file). Each office has a file/VPN server. How can I make the work stations of each office think that they are all on the same LAN? I tried to use the VPN connection but the problem is that i have to be logged into a server to start it, and if it goes down I have to go all the way back to the office and connect it again. Thanks in advance!

Have you explored the possibility of configuring Terminal Services on the RAS server? Or, maybe enable offline folders?

I will look into that right now. Thanks! I probably should have mentioned this before... The server that will have to be accessed by both LANS does not have a static IP but the other one does.

I think i found the solution i was looking for. Constant on demand dialing(VPN). Looks like it is going to work. Thank you very much for your help monsterjta!! I'll post again if I fail horribly.
