We just recently updated from 7.6.200a to 7.6.300. We are running 2003 Server and SQL. Everything SEEMED ok after the update ( a couple odd glitches that were easily remedied). But we noticed a glitch on one particular account (although we haven't tried them all). In 'Consolidated OE View' if we search by this one customer number, it only pulls up history through mid-2003, no information beyond that. We can search by order number and find the information fine, and everything seems to be posting ok, etc. Its just not showing it in this particular view. Any thoughts as to what would cause this?

Thanks!
Stacy

Have you tried running the OE process "load OE view master file"?

No, quite honestly I am not familiar with it. I will have to check it out this evening.

I tried the 'load oe view master file' process, and tried rebuilding any related OE files again, but still the same situation. Any other thoughts as to what could be causing the problem?

Run a file validation on the customer and see what it returns.
