I was reading some documents about ZEnworks and it mentioned installing ConsoleONe on a Netware server, my questions is: Why would I want to install ConsoleOne on a netware server? Isnt it better to have it on a workstation?

Hi

I am not sure what you mean because console one is installed on the server by default. You can now run it from the server console and do almost anything you want to do.

Running it from the server for workstations has the advantage that you have only one place you have to install the snapins.

Cheers

ConsoleOne has all of its files installed on the server. One can run it from either WS or server. Files on server being executed from the workstation is kinda slow. Many people copy the 1.2 directory to the WS. that way it loads faster, but you can not use the ICE utility.
