Console traffic by peg count

Can some one please explain to me what these numbers represent in this traffic report of a console.

I know that th 002 is the console #
everything else is a big fat ZERO to me.

Is this TFC003 or TFC004?

You can see what each of those reports means in-depth in 553-3001-450, the "Customer Traffic Reports" section, under Customer Console Queue Measurements, or Individual Console Measurements.
