Good Day All

Goal: send console into night service and have internal and external calls go to bridged extension.

Forms: Cha tenant x and add extension to night destination field

Discussion and Concerns: we currently don't have any stations or consoles set as night. 1. will the tenant form do the trick alone or is there another form i need to configure? 2. what happens during an 'Alert'? my console is set to lock on Alert with no secondary release from anyone. Can anyone speculate that the bridged stations will lock on Alert? I cant imaging the console will as it will be in night mode. 3. would it better to create a hunt group of the stations instead of using the bridged line to all stations?

Thanks for any insight

Hardware platform? Definity/CM software version?

For example night service is on the tenant and trunk forms but not the LDN. I seem to remember when we removed the night console it was the tenant form we made the edits to.
