I am trying to find a way to overflow from the attendent console to a DN so I cal to a busy console can be picked up by any available person in a group. It was suggested that I program in LD 15 an AODN as well as AQTT. I did that and tested it on my demo system, and it works, but when I set this up at the customer site it did not. Troubleshooting the problem, I discovered that this feature will not work, when a call is coming from an ISDN line, and that is exectly what we are using a PRI with the local carrier. Is there a way around it? Does anybody know a different way of rerouting the called queued at the console?
