Console overflow DN

I am trying to find a way to overflow from the attendent console to a DN so I cal to a busy console can be picked up by any available person in a group. It was suggested that I program in LD 15 an AODN as well as AQTT. I did that and tested it on my demo system, and it works, but when I set this up at the customer site it did not. Troubleshooting the problem, I discovered that this feature will not work, when a call is coming from an ISDN line, and that is exectly what we are using a PRI with the local carrier. Is there a way around it? Does anybody know a different way of rerouting the called queued at the console?

might try changing the pri to vce, if you've got it built as vod that might be the problem. test that on a down time, it could interrup service if the office (provider) doesn't like the change.. i've changed it hot without a problem.. had a simular issue where some calls would travel across a tie trunk (pri) to a remote switch but others would not.. turned out the ld's and one local were vce, 4 other locals and some ties were vod.. not uncommon when you add routes as needed
