Console not ringing or responding to i/c calls. 1

Thanks for every ones replies to the console dn thread, I don't think the consoles have an ldn but they have anum's. I thought that maybe 1 console may not have been in a group or something.

The real issue I have that I should have mentioned is 1 console doesn't ring or respond in anyway to an incoming call 0 or pstn. I disconnected this console about 2 years ago, all the programming is still there the only item I did try to change was 2 pwr dn's on a digital line card that are dsbl I was going to use them for a digital set. I can make a call on the console.

Does the console that does not get calls have any lights or display?

Can you dial out from that console?

Hi Gene,

Thanks for your reply, the problem was to do with multi tenancy, the console that didn't ring was in a different AGNO in the console presentation group.
