Console M2250 problem. please help

I just setup a m2250 console. everything works fine except the internal call between consoles. I have 4 console right now. The new one I setup can call other console,but can't receive call from other consoles. Here is my 2250 profile.Thanks in advanced.

I always get a busy signal when I call from other console.and the console is under idle status.

How do you dial that console?

I dial 005 or 4105 from other console. I have compared to working console, didn;t find anything. The weird thing is I can dial 4105 from other model(2008,3903) and it rings on the console.Here is the working TN. Thanks
