console commands for switches may be wrong forum sorry! pls help

I know this is a Cisco forum but I don't know where else to turn. We have a Netgear FSM7328s switch and cannot find a list of the console commands anywhere including the manual and website. Can anyone suggest where I might find them if not from the manufacturer? Are console commands the same for all switches? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.
