The call flow is as follows.
Call comes in and hits an AA inside of Exchange UM, Operator is defined as 5101, at this time the caller can hit 0 and out to the operator. The operator (console) transfers to a user who has a mailbox on the exchange platform and the call fails after 4 rings..if she stays on the line the call will complete to voice mail.
Is there a class of service that would change the header/diversion info on the call when its a blind transfer?
Exchange UM needs to see the diversion and the redirect info.
Any ideas?
Anthony

Update:
I tried running a trace and the info was not that good to compare.

What i see if i transfer to a phone with a display is
if the transfer is blind i see H4249
If the call is supervised transfer i see the calling ID.
So how do i get the console to deliver the caller id on a blind transfer?
