Console 2250 to ring when on a call? 2

Hi

Is there any way to allow a 2250 console to beep or buzz when on an active call.

Currently the console just shows CW:xx on the display, but customer would like an audible indication when another call comes in.

Is this possible?

post your att data.. that buzz can also be turned off at the console, most att don't like it.. seems to inturupt there naps

I got it, it was CWBZ (Call Waiting Buzz) in the ATT_DATA, set to YES and not get a quick buzz tone when on a call.
