Hello All. I am new to this and I need all your help. I've download the Programmator for Panasonic KX-TD1232/816/308 software. I've read and followed the instructions but cannot connect to the PBX. I used the null modem serial DB25 to DB9 cable with the pin-out as indicated. I've tried all the recommendation and suggestion posted on the web. One thing I have not check is the SMDR setting on the PBX because I do not know how to check it. Can someone help me? I can assign extension, ext names, etc. from the phone by pressing Program->**1234 ... menu ... etc. But how can I check for the SMDR setting.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Dot not use the programator, it will all end in tears

You will find that the SMDR setting should be set to 9600 by default, depending on what country the system is used.
