Connection timed out

Hi,
I get the following error message in my mail queue, ie.

(Deferred: Connection timed out with asiaonesmtp0.prontomail.) xxxx@asia1.com

What's the setting that i miss out? Anybody know the answer?

To set the system as mail server in DNS.
