Connecting to two different domains w/2 NICs

I have 2 different domains at one site. One is a Windows NT 4.0 and the other is a Windows 2000 server. The physical networks are isolated. There are a few machines that need to connect to both domains. These machines have two network cards connected to each individual network. However, I cannot connect to the servers on each individual domain at once. If you change the domain on the workstation, you can connect to the desired domain, but I cannot connect to both domains at once. Can you help me. Thanks.
