You'll need to get with the owners of the Access DB to get Security access on the secured share as well as access for the domain user account you'll be running the SSIS package as. Then, you'll need the usual ODBC stuff to create an ODBC connect from SSIS to the Access DB.

I contacted my Support staff and they recommended getting a service account set up that had the appropriate permissions to that share on the network. I will figure out how to launch the SSIS package under that login.
