I am new to linux and I am trying to connect to my current dsl service via linux and I cant make it work. Does anyone know how to?

I recently worked on an SBCYahooDSL problem in the Chicago area. This was residential DSL using the Speedstream 5361 modem with PPPoE protocol. SBC ships Enternet300 dialer for this modem but WinXP has driver built-in. However, I know nothing of using it on Linux.

I would suggest going to Speadstream and seeing what they have for drivers. I know that they will charge for a version of Enternet300 if it is available. See if SBC has a driver that will work.

Hope this helps!
