I installed the Reporting for Call Center Client on a PC, and was able to get to the login screen. Changing their mind, the customer then told me to install the client software (as well as the CCAS software) on a different PC. So, I unistalled the Reporting client from the first PC, and loaded it on the other. Now, I cannot logon. I get a "page cannot be displayed" error. Under technical information, it tells me:
Error Type:
Server object, ASP 0177 (0x800401F3)
Invalid class string
/rcc/global.asa, line 19

Seems to me that a dll is not getting properly registered. I have unistalled and reinstalled with no luck. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

At the end of the day, the customer had decided to let me try yet another PC. Perhaps there is just an issue with the second PC that I loaded the Call Reports client on. This is the problem with CTI apps. You're at the mercy of those STUPID PCs!!!
