I have a new IP office 406 installed at one location with a license key for using Audix installed, and a Definity G3 and an Intuity Audix (ver. ?) at another location. I've set up everything I can see to make the IPO use the Audix, but when you call an extension on the IPO, you get the "Welcome to Audix" message instead of being able to leave a message. Would anyone have some suggestions what to look at to fix this. It does seem like the IPO is sending it's extension's digits to the other location, because I can see the IPO exension that is calling at the Definity's location. Could the 'switch' setting in the Audix Subscriber's information be the problem?
