Connecting to an External Database

Does anyone know how I can connect to a database that my company uses. The database is written in omnis but there is no mention of it in VBE - Tools - References

Any ideas ?

Did you ever find out how to do this? I've just found this thread while searching on 'omnis', as I want to decode a *.df1 file.

Don't know anything about omnis but if it supports ODBC, then you can use MSQuery to retrieve information
