How can one connect to a KX TDA30 to manage call forwarding and setting up voicemail?

I'm completely new to the system, but it seems a USB cable and the interface software should be sufficient, is that right? A service provider installed the company's PBX ages ago and I need to take over, but struggling to find the software.

Thanks!

if you don't have access to dealer only website and or you cant get tech support you should not get involved ....

call forward is a user setting, what vm do you have as a lot can de done on the phone
what country are you in as software is different for each country

If I enable call forward on the handset by using: * 71 0 2 <number> #
then it disables the main number's menu system (press 1 for this, 2 for that, etc). That is why I thought it should be done in the backend.

It's Australia and the VM box is KX-TVP50.
