Connecting through wireless to LAN

I'm sure this has been answered a million times, but I'm struggling to find an answer.

Is it possible to share a LAN connection through a pc's wireless connection.

So:

Device > Wireless on PC > NIC on PC > LAN

I'm not on about internet sharing, but full LAN connection.

If it is possible, any guidence on how?

Using XP SP2 and internal Wireless device on laptop (at this point), using Zero config to operate wireless.

I've not done it yet, but it should be possible through the use of NAT ...
