Connecting Intuity LX to ASA?

I am able to connect via Telnet to my Intuity LX system. But, when I try to use ASA, it gives me the following LDAP error:
"Communications error: LDAP Bind failure :
Can't contact LDAP server."

The Base DN is set to: ou=people,dc=avaya

I have read conflicting information on whether ASA actually works with the Intuity LX or not. Some say it does and some say it does not. Is it even possible to connect to my Intuity LX? If so, is the Base DN set correctly for it?

Can anyone shed some light on this?

We connect to our LX using ASA without a problem. Instead of using LDAP, just point it at the IP address of your LX.

Ok, I figured it out. On the first page of the Add Messaging System, I unchecked Modular Messaging System. That allowed me to set it up correctly. [2thumbsup]
