Connecting DSL to routed network

I administer a network set up in this manner:
Router 1 at branch office connected to router 2 at local office through a leased line.
Router 2 is connected to a hub, which of course connects to my local Ethernet network.
I just got DSL at the local office, and I want to know the best way of connecting the DSL router (which I need to perform NAT)to the network so that users at BOTH offices (Branch office and local office) can access the Internet.
Currently, I have the Branch office Router (Router 1)configured with a Default Route to Router 2 through the leased line and a static route to Router 1's local network. Router 2 has a static route back to Router 2, and a default route pointing to the local Ethernet interface.
At the local office, BOTH Router 1 AND the DSL Router are connected to the HUB. This is causing lost packets.
Should I re-configure the routes (and to WHAT?) or should I get a router that has 2 Ethernet ports, one to connect to the network and one to connect to the DSL and reconfigure the routes accordingly?
I see the logic of getting a new router with 2 ethernet ports, but I'd rather have a solution that allows me to keep the existing equipment.

Getting the DSL to work off the hub is off course no problem . Do you have a dsl router or a modem ? Is the hub a 10/100 ? The router would and should be the choice here only because it will support many users and NAT . the router ip address should be set up as a default gateway from the branch office . Good luck !!!

The company that sold us the DSL service and router would NOT let me configure "their" router. However, I told them the problem and they hardcoded a route into it that seems to have fixed the problem. I have ALL the devices on the LAN set up as 10 Mbps because, on this LAN, I have a HP 3000 that will only run at 10 Mbps, even though all the other devices are capable of 100Mbps. Thanks for the response!
