Connecting digital camera to USB port on desk top pc

How do I locate the USB port on the CPU for a DELL desktop pc? Is this located below the slots for the speakers? The brochure for the camera is very vague regarding the USB cable connections.

There are a couple of places you might find them.

Every Dell that I've seen has them on the back, on the same level as the keyboard or mouse port between those ports and the side of the case the video is. You are looking for 2 cutouts about 1/2" by 1/2" stacked vertically with something that looks like a squared off popsicle stick sticking out towards you about 1/8" recessed and in the lower third of the cutout.

You might have 2 sets of the cutouts.

Some machines have doors or flaps on the front to allow access to USB and speaker ports. Yours may or may not have front access.

If your dell is black and gray, the gray part flips up and there is a port under there as well as on the back. There is a Dell forum on dell.com that may shed more info
