Connecting 2 Organizations

Need a quick and dirty way of Connecting two seperate Organizations (running exchange 5.5) over the Internet. ie. Sharing GAL's, possible folder replication. Any help is good.

Check out Q198789 at Microsoft's site. You can use the tool InterOrg. Before migrating to one org we used it, came in handy.
