We have 2 BCM 200's on the same network. I'd like to be able to dial extensions and transfer calls back and forth.

Two companies are in the same building and they have their own lines and extensions.

How can I set this up?

you'll need some sort of trunk (same on both systems) connecting the systems

T1 or PRI or VOIP Gateways (this being 200 voip trunk looks to be the feasible option)

I've setup bcm a to bcm b so I can call and transfer calls from A to B. But on BCM B I cannot call BCM A.

It saids the VOIP line is for outgoing only. How do I set it up so I can make calls from BCM B?

BCM A is Version 4.0
BCM B is Version 3.5

Correction the line saids for incoming only not outgoing.

Well I make some progress. Now I can dial from BCM B to BCM A but as soon as the phone picks up it hangs up.

Make sure your VoIP lines are in a line pool, make sure the phones have access to the Line pool, set the VoIP lines to Private, and make sure that the target lines have the right Received digits programmed to them and assigned to the right phone. Adjust your Codec's and jitter if Voice quality isn't very good.
