Connected Line Presentation

Hi,

When I make an outbound call from a handset the display changes to "ISDN".

I'm trying to get Connected Line Identification Presentation working but can't get the handset to display the number thats been dialled.

any help appreciated.

Hello

You should not need to do anything to get the called/connected
line ID to show. If the DX receives CLI it displays it. It sounds like the carrier is not sending CLI, though they may deny that. If you can use the TRMB command you can prove this.

The call connects but the display on the phone changes to ISDN when the call connects.

There is no CLI in the trace which is why none is displayed.

Number dialled is 01444850086 if I'm not mistaken. Try and dial the number with the handset on hook and then press the speaker button/handsfree and see what you get. Have you got a name against the trunk main group, TG?

You were correct, the problem is the connected line isnt being passed to the DX, thanks for the help.
