Connect to MSAccess database while it is given a username and password

Hello there!
Sorry that my first mail couldn't clarify the question!!!
I am trying to protect my database from anyone trying to see it using Access without my permission. For that I have created a user and given him the permission from MSAccess. But when using ODBC-JDBC to connect from a Java Application, I am unable to connect. Can anyone help me?
