Hello,

I have users one an IP403 ver.3.0. I set up a VPN tunnel to the site but cannot ping the IPO from the distant end. From site I ran Manager and saw that the IPO has an IP address, a subnet, but no place to put a gateway. I altimately want to run Manager, and then set up a couple 4612 phones from the far side of this VPN. However, right now I cant reach Manager from the far end of the VPN tunnel. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks,
Joe

You need an IP route entering into the system, under "IP routes" :)

OK, I see that now. Thanks very much!!

Cool, btw 0.0.0.0 as address and 0.0.0.0 as mask will send anything not local to the gateway you specify :)

Under gateway, do I put the local gateway or the far end gateway? Also, for distand end IP phones do I set 0.0.0.0 and then select "Lan1", instead of remote manager?

You need to do :

IP - 0.0.0.0
mask - 0.0.0.0
Gateway - your router on site that is doing the tunnel (local gateway)
Destination - Lan 1
