Connect AVAYA phone to existing AV system

We are trying to setup audio teleconferencing system with our avaya system .

Is there a way to connect an Avaya IP phone to a external microphone and amplified speakers?

Maybe via the rj10 port.

You could probably get it to work playing with the pinouts from the Headset ports

Buy a conference phone with extra microphones.
Why do you want amplified speakers ?

But i think you can use the port where the handset is connected to or the headset port.

You can use a Konftel 50 in this manner - it acts as a giant speaker for a handset.
