connect avaya 9611 with wildix

Hi,

I'm trying to connect a avaya phone 9611(SIP) with wildix.
But I'm stuck on the screen "Acquiring Service" after the login.

In my 46xx file I have this line:
SET SIP_CONTROLLER_LIST example.wildixin.com:5060;transport=tcp​

I'm log in with the wildix Extension of my user and the password.

Thanks for your help.

Make sure you are using the Wildix SIP/VoIP password, not the collaboration password. (The SIP/VoIP password is the bottom password when you select 'Set Passwords')
